We have always exceeded building regulations and currently exceed The Code for Sustainable Buildings for envelope construction, recycling, energy use in construction and use.
Our products are:
• Towards zero space heating: 300mm thick panels which can be doubled up for protection from excessive temperatures where necessary. U values 0.1.
• Zero toxicity: no poisonous glues, excess metal or additives.
• Recyclable: they can be demounted and turned into another building !.
• Engineered to worst case scenario for wind and snow loads.

Our own concept meaning that our buildings are accessible to all people and can be used throughout a person’s lifetime even if their circumstances change. We design: plugs and light switches/waist height, wet rooms/standard, lifts/ standard on multi floor buildings, hand-made wide doors at 900mm, ramps and slopes not stairs. In addition, the buildings are healthy.
